This naturally soured wheat beer is based off of the authentic German Berliner Weisse. The beer is always soured through fermentation which takes time but results in a softer cleaner sourness than other quick modern methods. This beer is aged on copious amounts of real blackberries and raspberries and does not include any extracts or additives.
