Foeder-aged saison heavily dry-hopped with Nelson and Mosaic hops and finished with freshly harvested spruce tips. This beer is dry, slightly spicy, and full of white wine and berry-like aromas and flavors balanced with a hint of citrus from the spruce tips. If you have had previous versions of Wild Saison, this one is far less tart and so drinks more like a traditional saison (i.e. not sour).
